How many restaurants can say that they have letters on the wall from the last century? Well, we can. In fact, one of our prized letters comes from former Denver Mayor Federico Pena in 1998 when he was serving as Secretary of Energy in Washington, D.C. Knowing how much he missed M&D’s BBQ during his term on the East Coast, his staff ordered a delivery for a special lunch. We accommodated and FedEx’d him an overnight delivery of our BBQ that was satisfying enough to inspire him to write us!

Long about the second week of November and all the way to New Year’s, we smoke turkeys and honey hams so that you can take home a whole bird or ham for your family to enjoy. Be sure to pre-order yours for that special holiday dinner! Contact us.

GOSPEL SUNDAYS
Sunday-go-to-meeting has a whole new meaning at M&D’s Café. Every third Sunday of the month we feature LIVE GOSPEL MUSIC performed right in our restaurant from 2 - 4 p.m.
Soul Food Menu served from noon - 6 p.m. Our menu changes, so be sure to ask what our special fare will be when you make your reservations.
