This is a great way to celebrate and fill up at the same time. Ideal for team dinners, PTOs, awards ceremonies…pretty much anything your group does that involves eating.

FUNDRAISING DETAILS
Your organization can earn a 20% PROFIT by doing what we all love to do-EAT. Use M&Ds promotional material to build the awareness of your fundraiser. Eat in-our capacity is 125 guests. Or grab your grub to go-and we’ll credit your fundraiser for the purchase.
Each person, family or group that is part of your fundraiser must complete a simple form that identifies your organization plus their name, phone and email address so that we can properly credit your group.
- If your average bill is $15 and 100 people participate, your organization earns $300.
- If your average bill is $15 and 200 people participate, your organization earns $600.
- If your average bill is $15 and 300 people participate, your organization earns $1075!
Earn even more-35% PROFIT-if your organization promotes the BBQ Bucket Deal-a meal for four consisting of rib tips or a whole BBQ Chicken (cut up) in an 83 oz. bucket. Two sides-potato salad and baked beans are included. Instructions to heat and serve are provided. Deep dish peach cobblers and sweet potato pies are available to go for a fine finish to your meal!
If your organization sells 50 buckets @ $25 each and 25 pies, your profit is $525!
NOTE: A minimum will apply to all orders.To enroll your organization for a fundraiser, contact us. We’ll provide you with sales materials two weeks prior to your fundraising start date including order forms, tally sheets, fundraising letters and color flyers.
For all BBQ Bucket Deal fundraisers, your organization pays in full for the BBQ Buckets and you keep the profits up front…you don’t have to wait on a check coming back to you. Arrange a pick-up time for one-two hours before your customer pick-up begins to allow time to unload, count and sort orders. Ideally, one volunteer is needed per 15 buckets sold.
